Tracker Reporting System
PRESENTATION
Tracker Reporting System is a comprehensive chain for the production, validation and distribution of management companies’ internal or external statements and reports.
Tracker RS is naturally interfaced with the Tracker PM and Tracker FD solutions but can also be connected to any information source.
Tracker RS is underpinned by a dedicated and modelled database that caters to the specific needs of management companies.
FUNCTIONS
Dedicated base:
Nexfi has put in place a dedicated base, Tracker Report, that is modelled so as to cater to financial management reporting needs. It contains all the historical data necessary for the production of reports originating from Tracker PM. It can be extended to other types of data in order to build a real Datawarehouse for use by the entire chain.
Data supply:
Data supply is provided by an ETL tool which makes it possible to define imported data and plan importation scenarios. The solution is based on the Microsoft SSIS tool. Nexfi delivers standard packages adapted to Tracker PM by default.

Validation: Possibility of defining validation Workflows prior to publication.
Distribution: Web access with access to stored reports or direct launch.
Storage: The solution constitutes a real report storage base with the ability for online access to previous versions.
